The majority of our items are hand made and custom made for our customers. We ask that you allow a window of 4-5 days before shipping, while your beautiful item is being made just for you!
Embroidered items are taking 10 days to ship at this time.
Backorders TOP
Items that are temporarily out of stock, will be backordered and shipped at no additional cost to you! This process usually takes a couple of days. We will notify you about it.
Out of Stock Items TOP
If an item becomes out of stock (and we will no longer be carrying it) and our customer has already purchased it, we will notify the customer via email and refund their money.
Refund Policy TOP
I want all customers to be happy with each purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), you may ship back the unused product(s) within 7 days. Please contact us prior to shipping anything back .
